What We Offer
Fellows of Orthopedic Manual Therapy
When your physical therapist has Fellowship training in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy, you receive care at the highest level. Fellowship‑trained therapists deliver precise diagnosis, skilled hands‑on treatment, and evidence‑based care designed to help you recover faster, with less pain and fewer setbacks—often reducing the need for injections or surgery.
Care is led by Craig Hadfield, DPT, FAAOMPT, Dip. Osteopractic and Leanne Parks, DPT, FAAOMPT, COMT, both of whom have completed extensive post‑doctoral training beyond traditional physical therapy education. Both are certified in dry needling. Dr. Hadfield is certified in spinal manipulation therapy. Their advanced expertise allows them to identify movement and tissue problems others may miss and provide highly personalized treatment.
Fellowship‑trained therapists also elevate care across the entire team. They mentor other providers, guide clinical decision‑making, and help ensure consistent, high‑quality treatment for every patient—raising the standard of care throughout the clinic.
This level of care is especially valuable for chronic pain, post‑surgical recovery, complex or recurring injuries, and cases that haven’t improved with standard therapy. The goal is simple: smarter care, better outcomes, and a confident return to work, sport, and daily life.
Pelvic Health Therapy
Pelvic health physical therapy can help with pain, bladder and bowel concerns, core weakness, and changes related to pregnancy, childbirth, surgery, or aging. These issues are common—and treatable.
Care is provided by Leanne Parks, DPT, FAAOMPT, COMT, who brings many years of experience and advanced training in pelvic health physical therapy. Treatment is private, respectful, and focused on helping patients feel comfortable and supported.
Pelvic therapy can help with:
pelvic pain,
pain with intercourse,
urinary or bowel leakage,
pregnancy and postpartum recovery,
prolapse symptoms,
diastasis recti,
and persistent hip, back, or tailbone pain.
Care addresses the whole body using skilled hands‑on treatment, education, and personalized exercise.
The goal is simple: less pain, better function, and greater confidence—so daily life, activity, and movement feel easier again.
Wound Care
Physical therapy plays a critical role in wound healing by improving circulation, restoring movement, reducing pressure, and supporting healthy tissue repair. Skilled wound care can help wounds heal more efficiently while reducing complications and the risk of recurrence.
Our wound care team is led by Mark Weaver, PT, who brings over 30 years of clinical experience in physical therapy and wound management. This depth of experience allows for careful assessment, precise treatment selection, and thoughtful coordination with other healthcare providers.
Wound care physical therapy may support healing for post‑surgical wounds, chronic or slow‑healing wounds, pressure injuries, and wounds affected by mobility limitations or underlying medical conditions. Treatment focuses on optimizing the healing environment, improving strength and mobility, and helping patients return to daily activity safely.
The goal is better healing, improved function, and greater independence—supporting long‑term health and quality of life.
Sports Therapy
Sports injuries and surgeries can be stressful—for athletes and parents alike. Our sports physical therapy services are designed to help young athletes recover safely, build confidence, and return to their sport stronger and more prepared than before.
Are you an older athlete? We got you covered too!
Care is guided by Fellows of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy and therapists with decades of clinical experience, ensuring accurate diagnosis, skilled hands‑on treatment, and individualized recovery plans. This advanced expertise is especially important for growing athletes recovering from injuries, overuse conditions, or sports‑related surgery.
Athletes benefit from access to a therapy pool, a wide range of strength and conditioning equipment, and progressive return‑to‑sport training that matches the demands of their specific sport.
The result is the most complete sports rehabilitation experience in the county—helping athletes heal fully, move better, and return to the field, court, or trail with confidence and reduced risk of re‑injury.
