Jace Sharp, PT, DPT

As a dedicated physical therapist, Jace is passionate about helping people move better, recover from injury, and return to the activities they enjoy most. She believes in empowering patients through education, movement, and collaboration, helping them build confidence and achieve lasting results. Prior to joining us in Pinedale, Jace worked in the Riverton and Lander communities at outpatient practices, as well as the skilled nursing facility.

Jace started her physical therapy journey as a physical therapy technician in Laramie, WY while she completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology and Health Promotion degree at the University of Wyoming. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) in 2023, where she developed a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and patient-centered care. During her time at UNLV, she completed a research project titled Association Between Rural Background and Physical Therapy Practice Location, which explored the relationship between clinicians' backgrounds and their choice to practice in rural communities. Hailing from Wyoming and living in multiple small towns around the state, this experience strengthened her appreciation for improving access to quality healthcare in underserved areas.

Jace believes in a treatment philosophy which focuses on creating individualized care plans that address each patient's unique goals — whether recovering from surgery, rehabilitating an injury, or improving overall performance. She is currently pursuing a Sports Certified Specialty (SCS) to further expand her expertise in treating athletes and active individuals of all levels. Jace also holds dry needling certifications from Evidence in Motion.

Outside the clinic, Jace enjoys spending time in the outdoors fly fishing, backpacking, hunting, and exploring with her little dog, Shooter, in tow.  She has an appreciation for an active lifestyle which gives her a unique perspective on helping patients return to the hobbies, sports, and everyday activities that are most meaningful to them.
