Betty

 Betty returned to school for a second career as a physical therapy assistant. She graduated from Salt Lake Community College with an Associate of Applied  Science degree and has been on staff at Proactive since December 2006. Betty became a certified personal trainer in November 2007 and looks for-ward to  adding to her education through a variety of continuing education classes.

Christen graduated from Creighton University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2004. Her undergraduate studies in biology were also completed at Creighton. She has worked in various settings including home health, inpatient facilities, and outpatient orthopedics, treating patients from pediatrics to geriatrics. She enjoys orthopedic and pediatric patients most of all. She has been with Proactive since June 2007.

S. Megan Bruce MSPT

Megan

Megan graduated from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada with an Honors Kinesiology undergrad and a Master of Science in Physiotherapy.  Megan has practiced in a broad array of settings including schools, home health, hospitals, nursing homes and out-patient practices across all ages.  She has an advanced certification from the neuro-developmental treatment association in the management and treatment of children with cerebral palsy and other neuromotor disorders. She enjoys pediatrics and geriatrics. 

Susan Holz DPT

Sue graduated with her B.A. in Zoology from the University of Wyoming and her B.S. in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado in 1984. Sue  founded Proactive Rehabilitation serving Sublette County in 1989. Her clinical expertise is in foot and hand patients, general orthopedics and pediatrics. Sue  obtained her Doctorate in physical therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2005.

 Todd received his B.A. in Kinesiology from University of Colorado in 1995, continued education at Central Wyoming College and attained Physical Therapist  Assistant degree in 1999. His professional interests include orthopedic, aquatic and pediatric therapy. Todd has been at Proactive Rehabilitation since 1996.

Jeanne received B.A. in English Literature and B. A. in Spanish Language from St. Olaf College in 1988. Jeanne continued her education at the University of Minnesota where she received her Master’s Degree in Communication Disorders in 1994. She received her American Speech-Language Hearing Association’s Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology in 1995. Jeanne has worked in hospital based acute care, pre-school and school aged pediatric, adult outpatient and geriatric settings. She has been at Proactive Rehabilitation since 1995.
 
 
Lisa Rhyne OTR/L

Lisa has been in Pinedale for 8 years. She graduated from Colorado State University and has been an Occupational Therapist for 12 years. Throughout that time she has worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, schools, preschools, nursing homes, home-health, and out patient clinics. She has worked with pediatric and adult populations and enjoys the variety of the two.
